Cara menghilangkan :
Blocking issues : NET Framework 4.6 is not supported on this operating system
Pada saat install netframework di windows 7

“Setup has detected that this computer does not meet the requrements to complete this operation. The following blocking issues must be resolved before you can proceed"

Muncul peringatan: "setup may not run properly, because the windows installer service is not avalable on this computer"


Pesan itu muncul dikarenakan windows7 belum mendukung fersi netframework 4.6, maka dari itu windows perlu di update atau windows perlu 
di install:  windows service pack 1 ( windows SP 1) sesuai dengan operating system 32bt/64bt
